The South African Builders and Construction Awards Celebrates Its 2026 Finalists

Sandton, Gauteng |  1 July 2026 – The South African Builders and Construction Awards is proud to announce this year’s outstanding finalists — the men and women whose skill, grit, and vision are literally building the future of our nation.

Reaching this stage is more than a nomination. It is national recognition of the late nights on site, the precision in your craft, the teams you lead, and the communities you uplift with every brick laid, beam raised, and project delivered.

You represent the backbone of South Africa’s construction industry. From residential and commercial builds to civil engineering and sustainable development, your work shapes skylines, creates jobs, and gives people places to call home. You build with integrity when no one is watching, and you innovate when everyone is counting on you.

Being a finalist means you have already set a new standard for excellence. You inspire apprentices picking up a trowel for the first time. You challenge peers to build better. And you remind South Africa that world-class construction is proudly homegrown.

We cannot wait to celebrate you. Your presence at the awards is not just encouraged — it is essential. Because this night is about more than trophies. It’s about honouring the people, the stories, and the sacrifice behind every structure. It’s about a room full of builders who understand each other, push each other, and build South Africa together.

To all our finalists: Thank you for building with pride. Thank you for building with purpose.

We look forward to celebrating you at the SABCA Prestige Awards

Congratulations. Building the future, Meet our finalists;
